Follow-up To Planting Veggies

I just found an organization, with chapters all over the U.S., called Food Not Lawns.  If you click on the link, you will reach their group page. Google it, and you will see listings of community chapters all over the country!

  1. Morning hon!! OMG read the below post...what a crock!! Seems like as folks just try to feed themeselves..some areas are just out to make it harder!! Here in Coeur d Alene...urban chicken hutches and front yard gardens are becoming the norm. We are doing chickens later this summer too..just a couple..but I love that!!
    My neighbor has boxes all over her front yard..I love that too!
    We live in the "garden district" so the yards are expected to look flowery LOL! Mine is full of herbs and perennials...and tomatoes..and squash!
    Hope things are ok with you hon..I miss talking with you hon. Email me when you get a minute..I would love to talk with you hon!
